My Thoughts:

I found this book informative and well written. It has different recipes that you can try and shows you step by step how to do the exercises and they are not complicated either. There is a section at the back of the book that goes into more detail about Superfoods, I found this section helpful as it also explains what foods we should eat to help with energy, digestion, bloating and a few more. A well informed handy book.
