Every one wants to get fitter in the New Year and this is the perfect book to start off with. It has many different benefits and also many different workouts to suit all needs. I found it really easy and interesting to follow and felt as though different parts worked best for what kind of mood I was in. There is lots of interesting information in the first part of the book and reading this will help you overall. The work outs have exactly what you need to do with a handy picture too to make sure you are doing each position correctly. I really found the watchpoints helpful too, these help to make sure you are in the perfect and correct position. Overall I have found this a great beginners guide to Pilates and I cannot wait to continue my journey through out this book for a better well being. This book is really going to help people.
