My Thoughts:
I loved the sound of this book, it sounded intriguing and suspenseful, but for me it was not as good as I thought it would be. The first part of the story was good as it was gripping, trying to find out what would happen but then it became very long and drawn out and I wanted to read it quickly just to finish it. I think the ending let it down too. It was such a shame as I was really looking forward to reading it.

My Thoughts:
This is such a lovely debut novel, about finding a spark again. Ciaran and Lizzy were best friends a long time ago but haven’t seen or spoken to each other since, they both have their own lives to lead now, but when a chance encounter brings them together can they share how they feel about each other now they are back in each other lives. It was warm and full of joy and I felt as though I warmed to Lizzy a lot and I feel as though both characters are relatable. It was a really enjoyable read, I kind of guessed where the ending might go and was right but still it was such a sweet story. I cannot wait to read Niamh’s books in the future as I reckon they will be a big hit.

My Thoughts:
I found this was a great paced thriller that kept me on my toes not really sure where each page was going to lead me and also what I would discover. It is a creepy story but a really good one that I did not want to put down. It was very hard to try and find out who was telling the truth and who wasn’t but I like a challenge but still did not work it out. I feel as though I need to read more by Gytha now and I cannot wait as this was brilliant and well thought out plot. I liked when Keely was telling her story as I was not sure if she was making it up or not and was trying to work out what her motive is, I was thinking about this book when I was not reading it. Even the front cover is creepy.

My Thoughts: I thought this book sounded intriguing so thought I would give it a read, it was a great idea for a story but for me I think I was a little let down, maybe I was not in the right head space to read it and needed more quiet time to concentrate on it. I found it heavy going but persisted and to be honest I enjoyed the ending, It shows of a future we could all have and that in itself is terrifying enough.

My Thoughts:
I love books that are set in places that I have visited, especially somewhere as special as the Lake District. The book is all about four women who all have their own story to tell but find themselves bonding whilst doing wildwater swimming. It is a story about how they all can help each other through tough times, and through relatable situations. They are real women with real life problems, I loved reading about these women and how their bond grows and how they support each other through thick and thin. I am sure there are women out there who will be able to relate to at least one of these women. It was a easy story to follow and pick up and put down.

I knew as soon as I started reading the blurb that I was going to love this book and I did. It is a heart breaking and funny read and you will go through so many other emotions reading it. the headline is three women, three dates and one man, you can kind of guess what is going to happen. We meet each other women and they like many other women think they have found the perfect man but is he all he is cracked up to be? it was nice to read about the three women’s stories, I am sure their stories are relatable to a lot of women out there too. It is a story about the dating game but with a very unique twist and I just loved it. How Beth has written it, is absolutely fantastic, this is going to be a huge hit when it comes out. Readers are going to love it. I cannot wait to read Beth’s next book.

My Thoughts:
I really enjoyed reading this book, and seeing what Clay Wolfe has been getting up to. This is the third book in the Clay Wolfe/Port Essex mystery series, I would recommend reading the other two books in the series to get to know the characters, though you can read as a standalone. In this story we see Clay and his team try to find out who stole a mouse but not just any mouse. But will Clay be able to catch the culprit or will he be the one being chased? It is a great read with a few twists, a great mystery read. Matt the author always nails the part that keep you captivated and makes you want to read quickly so that you can find out what the outcome will be. It is also set in a small Coastal town which sounds so idyllic that I would love to go there and experience it for myself. I would love to meet all the characters too as they all seem such an interesting bunch. I would highly recommend this book.

My Thoughts:
This was such a hilarious story about marriage that had my sides splitting with laughter. All of the chapters were so funny and relatable with my husband and I. He wanted to know what I was laughing about and now is reading it himself. I know when he gets to a good part as I hear him chuckling to himself. The IKEA parts had me in stitches. They always say laughter is the best medicine and this book really did cheer me up. It is a short read and I read it in an hour, I just didn’t want to finish. A cracking debut and I can’t wait to see what Marc the author has up his sleeve. I would definitely recommend reading this book or buying it for your husband or wife.

My Thoughts:
I found this book very entertaining, it is packed full of interesting facts about lie detectors, from the very first one used in a murder case, this has everything you ever needed to know. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and I felt as though it was not too heavy but I did need to concentrate on it otherwise I felt as though I would miss something. I love how Amit the author has written it so you feel as though you are reading a thriller rather than a history book, it is so cleverly done and Amit clearly knows his stuff. I can’t wait to read his next book and see what he is going to write about as this book just blew me away. I am now armed full of interesting things about lie detectors and how they work.

I think first off I have to say that time travel novels and science fiction are just not for me, I wanted to enjoy this book but I feel as though the plot felt very samey to other books I have read with similar plots. The characters al had their own motives and had been written well, they all worked in this story. I must admit some of the future technology sounded cool, I would not say there was anything bad with the story it is just my personal preference and I am sure loads of people will enjoy it greatly.
