I have always been an anxious person and when I saw this book I knew I had to read it. It is a really great book that is small enough to fit into a handbag, incase you need some reassurance when you are out and about. It has practical tips and tricks to help you stay calm in certain situations. I have felt overwhelmed many times and just having this book with me has been a comfort. It is a great book to help overcome anxiety and to put you on track for a better calmer life.
