My Thoughts:

I thought to myself just one more Christmas read and this one was the perfect one to read. I didn’t want to put it down as I felt so engrossed in the story, which is about Eden and her childhood sweetheart Dougie, we see him returning to Hope Island and basically Eden still holds a flame for him and she doesn’t know that he loves her too, ask for a bit of magic and romance at Christmas time and you never know what you may get. I didn’t want this book to end, I wonder if there will be a follow on.

My Thoughts:

If you want a feel good read that is a little bit quirky then this is the book for you. It is a short read and I read it in a day. I love the idea that the story is told through out by people that come and stay at Annie’s cottage. Annie also writes in the guestbook too and we find out some things about her life too. It is a very clever idea and it really works. A delightful and easy read that will no doubt warm your heart.

Here we meet up with old friends if you have read Holly’s previous novel called The Holiday Cottage by the sea. I really enjoyed coming back to Sandcastle Beach and I can definitely see why Melody loves it so much. Even though this is Melody’s story we see other characters pop up and we find out about their lives too. Romance, seaside, what more could you want? I loved this one and cannot wait until the next one is out.

My Thoughts:

I dived straight into this book and managed to read it within a day as it was just too good to put down. There is a blossoming romance, some very cheeky animals including a turkey called Dobby. It is the perfect setting with views of the sea. I really enjoyed my time at Sandcastle Bay.

Another great read from Holly, we are back on Hope Island and this time we follow Freya and Rome’s story. I love the fact we see characters from the other books appearing too. A nice light hearted that I really enjoyed.

My Thoughts:

I know it is not Christmas now but I had to read this fabulous festive read, I could not wait to read it until next year. Such a beautiful and perfect setting with lovely warm characters that will get you really into the festive mood. Holly has such descriptive writing it almost makes you feel as though you are there. I liked the sound of Gabe he sounds such a lovely guy and his little girl Wren is such a little sweetheart. I know it is not Christmas but I still enjoyed this lovely read.

My Thoughts:

The paperback cover of this book is absolutely stunning and so summery. It makes you want to escape and go on holiday somewhere warm. I have read one of Holly’s books before and after reading this one I will be reading more. This is a perfect read as it made me laugh, there were some interesting facts about sharks and the ending was so beautiful it made me have a tear in my eye. I really felt as though I connected with Holly and Riley reminded me a bit of my own husband. I loved when Darcy was making Riley try British food that was quite funny as he was not sure on some things. I loved this book. I will certainly be recommending it to friends and family.

My Thoughts:

I love the cover of this book it looks so pretty and inviting. I absolutely adored this book from start to finish, I loved where the plot was heading, yeah I might of known what was going to happen but I thoroughly enjoyed getting there on this incredible adventure. It is such a romantically sweet feel good story, I fell in love with Harry straight away he just seemed so romantic and gorgeous. Suzie is very lucky to have someone like that, it reminded me of how lucky I am to have my fiancée as he has been there with me through thick and thin just like Harry has been there for Suzie. Loved it.
